Intellectual property and images
The website structure, visual identity, copy and graphic elements are protected. Photographs remain subject to the licence shown at download. The free medium-resolution version is restricted to personal, non-commercial use with a visible credit. The professional licence permits the uses set out in its terms, but does not allow resale or redistribution of the standalone file or its inclusion in another image library.
Personal data
Olympe Digital processes the information required to create accounts, fulfil orders, grant credits, deliver files and retain licence records. Processing is based on performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and, for security and abuse prevention, the publisher’s legitimate interests.
Data is available to authorised Olympe Digital personnel and service providers strictly required to operate the service. Payment data is processed by the provider shown at checkout; My Dough Pics does not retain full payment-card numbers.
Account data is retained for the contractual relationship and then for the period needed to handle claims. Accounting and order records are retained for applicable statutory periods. Licence records are retained so customers can demonstrate their usage rights.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing by writing to the contact address above. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL. CNIL website.
